Eligible Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only if the item has a quality or fulfillment issue, such as:

•  Damaged items

•  Defective items

•  Wrong item shipped

•  Incomplete order

All returns must include the original packaging (where applicable) and proof of purchase.

What We Do Not Accept

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

•  Buyer’s remorse / change of mind

•  Wrong size or color chosen by the customer

•  Items that no longer fit your needs

•  Items damaged by customer misuse or improper care

•  Used, worn, or altered items (unless the defect was present upon arrival)

We do not offer product exchanges of any kind.

Return Process

1.  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

2.  Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

3.  Ship the item back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective due to our error).

4.  After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note: Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after inspection. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet our return conditions.
